Lake of the Woods is a single-family residential subdivision. Homes were originally built starting in the mid-1980s with minimum sizes of 2,200-2,400 sq ft. The community is centered around a 1.5-acre storm water management feature, the "Lake" of the Woods.
Lake of the Woods has a homeowners association established in 1984. Annual assessments help maintain common areas and the lake. Visit the HOA Information page for current details about the governing documents.
